Our Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) is an essential component for industrial facilities requiring high-level air filtration. It provides an automated, high-voltage solution for extracting dust, ash, and smoke from flue gas streams. Protect your downstream equipment and meet strict environmental emission standards with our field-proven electrostatic technology, designed for durability in the most demanding thermal environments.

Services Overview
Our Electrostatic Precipitators are engineered specifically for the high-precision removal of particulate matter from flue gases in power plants, cement factories, and steel mills. By utilizing advanced electrostatic charging, these systems capture fine dust and fly ash that traditional mechanical filters often miss, ensuring a clear stack and a smaller environmental footprint.
Benefits & Solutions
The ESP is a high-performance filtration system designed for the industrial removal of solid particles from exhaust gases. It uses advanced electrostatic ionization to capture fine particulates, ensuring a clean gas stream that protects the environment and prevents the fouling of industrial fans and stacks.
99.9%+ Collection Efficiency
Utilizes a powerful high-voltage field to ionize and collect sub-micron particles with extreme precision.
Minimal Pressure Drop
Unlike baghouses, the ESP maintains a very low resistance to gas flow, significantly reducing the energy required for your ID fans.
High-Temperature Resistance
Designed to operate effectively in extreme thermal conditions where fabric filters would fail.
Low Maintenance Costs
With few moving parts and robust collecting plates, our ESPs are built for long-term reliability and 24/7 continuous operation.

An ESP uses electrical forces to move particles out of the gas stream onto collector plates, whereas a bag filter uses physical fabric. ESPs generally have a much lower pressure drop and can handle much higher temperatures.
With proper maintenance and timely revamping services, an industrial ESP can operate efficiently for 20 to 30 years.
While standard dry ESPs are for dust and ash, we also offer Electrostatic Tar Precipitators (ETP) specifically designed for sticky condensables like tar and mist.
