Services in ETP
At the core of our operations is a commitment to precision engineering and high-efficiency gas purification. We understand that tar removal is not just about filtration; it is about protecting your entire plant’s infrastructure.
By leveraging decades of specialized experience in producer gas and coke oven technology, we deliver Electrostatic Tar Precipitators (ETP) that consistently exceed 99% efficiency. Our team meticulously analyzes your specific gas composition and flow rates to ensure every installation is optimized for maximum contaminant capture and minimal energy consumption.
Air Pollution Control Systems
We specialize in the design of advanced filtration systems that ensure your facility remains compliant with global environmental standards while protecting your workforce.
Electrostatic Tar Precipitators (ETP): Custom-engineered ionization fields for sub-micron tar removal with >99% efficiency.
Bag Filters & Pulse Jet Systems: Precision-calculated cloth-to-air ratios for maximum dust collection.
Centrifugal Cyclones: Aerodynamically optimized designs for heavy particulate separation.
Gas Cleaning & Processing Plants
Our engineering core is rooted in Producer Gas and Coke Oven technology. We provide technical layouts for:
Gas Coolers & Scrubbers: Thermal hydraulic designs to ensure optimal gas temperature regulation.
Moisture Separators: High-velocity designs to prevent liquid carryover in fuel lines.
Exhauster & Blower Integration: System-wide pressure drop calculations to ensure consistent flow rates.
Material Handling & Structural Design
We provide robust structural engineering for the heavy lifting of industrial operations:
Conveyor Systems: Automated belt and screw conveyor designs tailored to your material bulk density.
Pressure Vessels & Storage: ASME-standard compliant designs for high-pressure industrial tanks.
Steel Superstructures: Heavy-duty support frames designed using stress-analysis modeling to withstand extreme vibrations and loads.
Our team of skilled professionals has collectively logged 10K hours of dedication to our craft, ensuring that every detail is meticulously executed. We’ve used over 1M tons of top-quality materials, sourced responsibly, to construct enduring structures that stand the test of time.
We believe that actions speak louder than words, and numbers often tell the most compelling story of our success.

While mechanical extractors use physical barriers or centrifugal force to "catch" tar, an Electrostatic Tar Precipitator (ETP) uses a high-voltage ionization field. This allows it to capture sub-micron particles that are too small for mechanical filters.
Efficiency: ETPs achieve >99% efficiency compared to the 60-70% seen in mechanical systems.
Maintenance: Because there are no moving parts in the collection zone, ETPs have significantly lower wear and tear.
Pressure Drop: ETPs offer almost zero resistance to gas flow, reducing the load on your exhausters.
Yes. We specialize in Retrofit Engineering. Our team uses CAD modeling to design equipment that fits within your current footprint. We focus on "plug-and-play" integration to minimize plant downtime during the installation of new Gas Cleaning or Air Pollution Control systems.
All our structural and vessel engineering adheres to international and national safety codes, including ASME Section VIII for pressure vessels and relevant IS (Indian Standards) for steel superstructures. We perform rigorous stress-analysis modeling to ensure durability against industrial vibrations and thermal expansion.
Our Air Pollution Control Systems (APCS) are designed specifically to meet CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) and local SPCB norms. We provide performance guarantees on particulate emission levels (typically aiming for <50mg/Nm³ or as per specific site requirements) to ensure your facility stays "Green" and compliant.
By using corrosion-resistant alloys, heavy-duty insulators, and "Zero Dead Zone" gas flow designs, our systems are built for a service life of 15–20 years. We also provide comprehensive AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and genuine spare parts to maximize this longevity.
